		<description>I've gone to Whistler at least once a year for manymanymany years and I will say this: if you don't go during the holiday season, you're fine. It gets a little busier on weekends, but a weekday in early January after New Year festivities is usually quite dead.

Don't know if you're interested, but I've also been collecting a fair number of tidbits of info on Whistler with each trip:
