Getting fit for snowboarding: 47 days to go

Went to the gym this evening and had a quick run through on the snowboard fitness program set up the other day.

Also through in a cross country bike profile as a warm up, but as of tomorrow morning will be cycling to work, so should get the CV exercise in that way, focussing more on the strength exercises in the gym.
