Salomon Dialogue snowboard boots

I got a pair of Salomon Dialogue’s last season, and having just given them another outing thought I’d review them here.

Billed as a freestyle boot, the Dialogue’s also fair well free riding with a reasonably stiff flex. The lace system is Saloman’s PowerLace Pro, with a looped lace joined by a handle you pull to tighten and clip onto the tongue, saving your fingers from the usual jip and abrasion. There’s also 2 locking points to aid tightening.

I got mine heat moulded when I bought them at the 2005 Ski & Snowboard show (Snow & Rock stand) and work brilliantly with my SPX 44 bindings.

At £140, they’re a damned fine snowboard boot. At £90 (as I saw them on bargainboards.co.uk a few months later) an absolute no brainer.

I am also lucky enough to own a pair of these. Like you, I can’t recommend them enough!

My Dialogue’s have put in 4 years good service and are due for replacing.

I’d definitely still recommend these, and planning on sticking with Salomon boots.
