					<description>Using Flow bindings I have to say you have to have your toe and heel overhanging and it will work good.  I have the back support about 3/4 tighten, next pull the upper strap in as tight as you can followed by the tow strap, just keep tweaking until it all works, also make sure your base plate front foot support is out as much as possible for the bottom of the boot for when you need to do a toe turn.</description>
