“I hate Flow bindings”
…well not me exactly, I kind of neutral on Flow’s and the eternal debate if that’s possible.
I’ve been looking through some of the keywords people are using in search engines to find this site, and found a few comical ones:
“I hate Flow bindings” - what about those that love Flow bindings?
“how to get fit for snowboarding” - I should probably have a read of that. Only 3 and a bit weeks til Cervinia.
“kickers horse” - eh?
“ski socks vs snowboard socks” - one that’s bitten me in the arse before. Get proper snowboard socks!
“Transformer snowboards” - sounds cool.

Hi Gary

Good luck

Using Flow bindings I have to say you have to have your toe and heel overhanging and it will work good. I have the back support about 3/4 tighten, next pull the upper strap in as tight as you can followed by the tow strap, just keep tweaking until it all works, also make sure your base plate front foot support is out as much as possible for the bottom of the boot for when you need to do a toe turn.
