Chalet food delivery service

I tend to do a lot more self-catering snowboard holidays than catered. This obviously means spending time and money in the local supermarché and boulangerie etc…
Another new service I stumbled upon at the Ski and Snowboard Show was an English company that allow you to pre-order your food with them before you leave for your holiday and have them deliver it to your door when you arrive.
ChaletFood.com is a “shopping service is available for parties going on a self catering ski holiday in France, USA or Canada.”
I was sceptical at first, but they do have a couple of interesting selling points:
We deliver – Advise your arrival time and we’ll aim to be there within 1 hour. This is your provisional delivery slot. When you actually arrive in resort (or are sure of your arrival time) call us on the number we will e-mail you and we will bring your goods to you.
We’re competitive – The cost is very competitive against local supermarkets as we do your shopping away from the resort. Add that to the ability to get your groceries organised before you go on holiday and have everything delivered straight to your door.
They’ve got a lot more to say on their website and sample prices.
Don’t see myself doing this, but who knows, might well reconsider another time.
