Cervinia opens for the season
The 2007/2008 ski season has started at Cervinia in northern Italy. Acording to the Cervinia website, the season runs from 27th Oct (today) until 27th April 2008.
It’s a cracking little resort that borders Zermatt and is famous for its views of the Matterhorn. With the glacier at Zermatt, a joint lift pass, and some serious altitudes, you can be guaranteed some pretty good conditions early and late season.
