Getting fit for snowboarding: 58 days to go

2nd day at the gym. Again, bike, cross trainer, bike. Bit more intensity this time. Booked a personal training session for Tuesday next week where we should work out a program geared towards snowboard fitness.

Exercises to get fit for the ski season

I’ve been telling myself since my last snowboarding trip that I’d be super fit ready for the new ski season. Only 8 weeks til my next trip, so I’m going to join a gym today.
